1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeLens is a trading journal and analytics platform. It allows you to:

  • Automatically sync trades from MetaTrader 5.
  • Manually log and categorize trades.
  • Analyze trading performance through charts, statistics, and simulations.
  • Keep a trading journal with text, images, and mood tracking.
  • Set goals, define rules, and track compliance.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • TradeLens offers Free, Gold, and Max subscription tiers.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed on the pricing page.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission.

6. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you enter into TradeLens.
  • You can export all your data at any time using the built-in backup feature.
  • We do not sell, share, or monetize your trading data.

7. Disclaimer

  • TradeLens is not financial advice. The Service provides tools for tracking and analyzing trades. It does not recommend trades, strategies, or investments.
  • Past performance metrics shown in the Service do not guarantee future results.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
  • TradeLens is not a broker, financial advisor, or money manager.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for any trading losses resulting from Service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeLens and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our retention policy (see Privacy Policy).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
